Jessica is passionate about transforming attitudes around race equality, and for empowering people to achieve success in the sales sector, especially woman who are underrepresented in B2B sales. She has been in sales for over 20 years pitching to businesses, and also as a sales trainer, mentor and coach have unlocked the talent of hundreds of people, helping them to reach their full potential.

She believes we are all gifted and all have treasures within us….at times we need a deep sea diver to search for them who will go deep, beyond our appearance, gender, race and class, to dig up our priceless pearls and bring them to the surface where they will be useful, even admired and sought after. .

Paul has over 15 years of experience in marketing management and human capacity training in the UK.

He has been associated and partnered with the likes of PerDM, TalkTalk Brand and SIG UK respectively.

Paul has been the head of international training in the last 8 years for the DTRC Group, a people resource and consulting firm where he brokered the first British-Nigerian National Assembly Commission Study Tour of the British parliament amongst others. His passion for SME and new business start-up is unrivalled; he is the founder of My Treasure Group.

Paul facilitates the student services, courses, admissions and career guidance; he also manages our international portfolio .
